About Paula
I am a semi-retired teacher looking to still offer students the benefit of my vast experience as a teacher both in the UK and abroad.
I have been a successful team sports coach as well as someone gaining much value from 1:1 swimming and fitness lessons.

I am a solution support focused tutor with the experience to be snow to tailor-make sessions for you!
I have experience of teaching and leading 1:1 fitness, aerobics, Zumba and weight training as well as netball, swimming and volleyball.
I like to engage students to take a positive and engaged approach to their own learning, challenging them as much as possible in lessons of 40 mins approx.
I have a BA in PE/History, a PGCE in post 16 education, a Post Graduate Certificate in International Sports Policy. I am a Zumba and Aqua Zumba teacher as well as a fully qualified STA swimming instructor
I am happy to teach anyone 16+
