About Sheetal
I am currently in graduate school to become a therapist. I have been singing and songwriting since I was about 10 years old. Since then I have been in a choir (and arranged an original piece for my choir), won awards through multiple vocal competitions, hosted karaoke at a local restaurant, participated in college acapella, performed at various functions (like weddings), released my own music, and more. I even used to teach vocal lessons to children while I was in high school. I would be honored if you selected me as your vocal coach, songwriting instructor, or both!

Each person is different, so please know that the following is an example of what your lesson plan may look like. Again, it is all alterable to best fit your needs.
During our first lesson, I would like to talk to you about your goals and what has and has not worked for you in the past.
Singing: During the second lesson, I would start to teach you techniques and more to help support you so you can reach your goals. We would start by doing vocal warm-ups. Then we would go section to section polishing your vocal techniques on a song you have selected. At the end of each lesson, I will give you something to work on until our next lesson.
Songwriting: During the second lesson I would like to review some of your past work or something you wrote after the first lesson to evaluate how I may best help you achieve your goals. You will write a song between each lesson, which will be evaluated in the next one.
You may also select to learn both!
