About Olivia
My interest in Sport Science and Nutrition grow alongside my enthusiasm and interest in dance from a young age. I am passionate about an active, healthy lifestyle and fascinated with the science behind how the human body adapts to what we do and utilises nutrients from what we eat.
I am dedicated, patient and professional when it comes to delivering sessions. I have tutored on other platforms for over 6 years, I have also taught dance to children and University classes in the past whilst managing my own studies Therefore, I like to think I am highly organised and prepared.
Overall, I want to inspire young learners and also help them achieve the best possible result they can.

I believe learning should be individualised to each pupil. Sessions are made fun and engaging with the use of visuals and diagrams, sometimes even moving to feel muscles working. Closer to exam season I like to incorporate past paper questions into learning as I feel it’s the best way to prepare for upcoming exams.
I have tutored for 6 years now since I started my undergraduate degree, therefore I can work well with many different people and adopt different styles and approaches to suit.
Tutoring A level and GCSE has been great and I have had many successful students get into College and Uni with their results after sessions with me.
Lessons will be for anyone age 15-18 and sessions typically last 1 hour.
