My names Mia and I’m 21 year old from Newcastle upon Tyne but moved to York when I was 19 for university. My passions are going to the gym every day and netball. I’ve played for England Colleges Netball and recently I played for North east regional netball team.

I offer 30 minute to an hour lessons to provide you with private tutoring on the topics of sports massage and personal training. They can vary from learning about the body and how sports massage can positively affect the person, to writing personal gym or at home exercise plans that tailor to your personal needs and requirements.
