About Alexis
Hi! I’m Alexis, a passionate tutor with a heart for helping people discover the joy and power of learning. I specialise in reading, spelling, creative writing, and phonetics, and I believe that everybody has unique potential just waiting to be unlocked. Teaching isn’t just a job for me, it’s a calling. I love seeing the moment a concept “clicks” for a student, watching their confidence grow, and knowing I’ve played a part in building their future. I create a warm, supportive learning environment where students feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and grow at their own pace. My goal is to not only improve academic skills but to spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and inspire a lifelong love for learning. When a student begins to believe in themselves, that’s the greatest reward I could ever ask for.
