About KEFILOE
I worked as a teacher's assistant at a nearby primary school while pursuing my studies. I learned how to handle larger class numbers, interact with children of all ability levels and backgrounds, and use technology to promote learning and retention from this experience. Additionally, I have researched and continue to keep up with the most recent instructional software, such Google Classroom. Given the emphasis on technology and creativity in the classroom, I think this information is very pertinent.
The satisfaction I experienced from promoting the learning and development of the children at our school only strengthened my love, even though I've always been compelled to work in primary schools. Although I will continue to refine my teaching techniques while I am in the classroom, I am confident that my enthusiasm, positive attitude, and practical experience dealing with students will help me become an excellent teacher. I look forward to a career where I can help shape young minds and make a difference in their lives.

I have excellent verbal and writing communication skills, which have helped me lead sizable teams, clearly convey requirements, and confidently present projects to superiors.
Without communication, tasks are overlooked, deadlines are missed, and important elements may be confused.
Additionally, I've discovered that my communication abilities help me establish connection with my team because I am an empathic, engaged listener who is eager to discuss and have casual conversations with learners about many things.
