i love to personalize lessons to focus on the need areas of my scholars. Lesson plans are structured to include sharing personal feelings at the beginning of each lesson and how best i can work around scholars feelings to deliver lessons. I create an environment where scholars can easily confide in me me which helps me to control their level and grasp of materials. Tutoring sessions focus on 3-5th Grade scholars
