About Mariella
Hi All! I’m Mariella, a recent graduate and now completing a Masters degree. I have 5 years experience tutoring throughout school ages to adulthood, and love sharing my knowledge and passion for the subjects I teach. I am also a published poet and author with my fair share of experience in public speaking so have developed some good tips and tricks for engaging an audience and expressing yourself clearly!

My qualifications: Graduate of Biological sciences so I am well versed in scientific English vocabulary, and a published poet and author having studied creative writing to university level. Alongside this I have been tutoring for 5 years in English, Biology, and Maths and have experience with a range of clients and abilities. My lessons: English Conversation/ accent reduction: 25 minute bite-sized conversational lessons covering a range of topics in everyday conversation. Poetry: 25 minute sessions either discussing poems of choice in their use of literary devices or comparing different poems and learning how to write your own!
