I have been working in mental health across a variety of settings for 10 years. I am easy going and passionate about helping people in any way that I can. I wrote my dissertation on the effects of mindfulness based cognitive therapy in treating OCD and received 100%, this is now being used for the new generation of nurses as an exemplar essay
