About Alexandra
Spanish is my first language and it is my native language. I was born in the Dominican Republic, and have always been surrounded by the latin culture.
I grew up working at my mothers home daycare and developed a love for teaching language to young ones. I worked as an after school counselor since the age of 16. After that, I became assistant director for the same after school program! I am currently studying to be a Speech Language Pathologist at Emerson College after focusing on cognitive and behavior in my undergrad studies at Hunter College.
Apart from one on one lessons and classroom teaching, I am open to offering group lessons for 3-4 students.

My teaching style includes more oral work and written practice in fun and practical ways so that you can learn spanish words/phrases that are used on a day to day basis!
