About Brigita
I've studied yoga science in Nepal and India, where I organised retreats, led group and private classes. I have several certificates from various Himalayan tradition yoga schools. Anyone can join my classes as I teach beginners, intermediate and advanced students. We can practise hatha yoga to balance your body within and ashtanga yoga to keep you fit. Also I offer relaxation healing to find your inner peace and heal from inside. Let's meet on the mat :)

I start my classes with pranayama (breath control techniques), following with warm up, which leads to asana (postures). I organise my classes based on my students' level of practice. Classes can be as short as 45min and as long as 2hours. Everyone is welcome to join :) NAMASTE
