This is Jessie, a citizen of and born in the Capital City of China- Beijing. My mandarin speaking is doubtlessly native without any accent.
I graduated from Columbia University in the city of New York with a master degree. I got my bachelor degree from University of California, Irvine. Therefore, I have over 8 years English speaking education background which enhanced my ability to teach Chinese. I understand the challenges and difficulties that students may face when learning a new language, and I am always ready to provide effective solutions.
My Mandarin is standard and authentic. As a native speaker, I have been trained to use proper intonation, pronunciation, and grammar. I can also help you understand Chinese culture and customs while chatting with you in the most local and native narrative.
I am a friendly and kind person. I believe that a good teacher should not only have excellent teaching skills but also be patient, understanding, and approachable.
