About Kate
I hold degrees in both Art History and Education, but know that traditional schooling does not always support scholarship in the arts. As a result, I created a history curriculum integrating art for my primary school students. I then returned to school to get my Master's in Art History to broaden my background knowledge.

I take an art-focused approach, in which we observe, compare, and contrast pieces to learn about the life in the past in which they were made. I have a background in teaching primary school, but have also previously tutored secondary students. Lessons are generally 30 minutes - 1 hour and can be adapted for those approaching kindergarten or GCSEs!
