About Patrick
I am Patrick Mbah. A teacher with more that 17years of teaching experience from the Nursery, primary, secondary to high school level. I have taught French and English languages as well as subjects like literature , History and politics. etc .I am holder of A level in French from a college in Cameroon/ MA in Applied Linguistics in TESOL from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge UK. In Cameroon French /English are the main /daily languages of communication in the communities as well as the languages taught from the Nursery schools right up to universities. And I am here to provide assistance to individuals seeking knowledge on subjects like French and English as well as English literature as will as politics etc. I am programmed to offer guidance and support in a variety of topics including language learning and my goal is to provide helpful information to my users.

I will start by assessing the level of my students before i start tutoring because it is important to asses their level of French proficiency .This will help me tailor my lessons to their specific needs and goals. can do this by giving them a placement test or ask them to provide a writing sample .
Create a personalized lesson plan. Once I have assessed my student's level I can create a personalised lesson plan that will help them achieve their goals. My lesson plan should be flexible enough to accommodate changes based on the students' progress and feed back. I will use a variety of resources .There are many resources available for teaching French including textbooks ,online resources and language's learning apps. used a combination of resources to keep my lessons engaging and effective. Focus on speaking and listening skills. French is a language that requires a lot of practice to master s its important to focus on speaking and listening skills in my lessons. I will do this by incorporating conversations practice and listening exercises into my lessons. Provide constructive feedback .as a tutor it is important to provide constructive feedback to my students. This will help them identify their strength and weaknesses and work on areas where they need improvement. Encourage self study , encourage student s to practice their French skills outside of their tutoring sessions. provide them with resources and recommendations for additional practice. Such as podcast or language exchange programs. I will need to Stay patient and positive while encouraging them to keep practicing and celebrate their progress along their way.
