About Simran
When it comes to work I'm a very regular teacher. I understand time management and try to finish the syllabus in a safe time so that we can re-discuss few topics in which the student is doubtful. I always welcome doubts, complains and questions. Therefore, if a student wants to change the timings or format of teaching I would highly appreciate the transparency.

As a teacher I prefer to give lessons in an orderly format. During the first lesson itself I prefer to create a time table best suitable with the child's interest. I try to combine topics such as in a session I teach one topic that comes under the individual's interest and one from the area that requires effort and work. I give short assignments in the class which will develop students interest and will also help him/her to evaluate the performance chart. I try to create a stress free and healthy environment for the student during my session.
