About Sophie
I am a dance teacher with 6 years of experience within the teaching and the wellbeing sector for all ages. I have been able to share my tips in maintaining a happy lifestyle and bring the hidden positivity out of an individual. During the lockdown I have been able to connect with many young people needing encouragement in weight loss.

My teaching method is to first understand the end goal of your weight loss journey. I then share my experience and go through the different types of routine and means of organisation you can adapt. There will be review sessions to track your progress and speak about your strengths and weaknesses in your weight loss journey.

Without Sophie I wouldn't have got an A* on my french GCSE's! French was absolutely hard for me at the start but Sophie got me right on track and I started getting better grades and saw huge improvements.
