This allows her to perform problem-solving and decision-making more effectively. Her unique insight allows her to see things that others may not see immediately. She is naturally creative and has a unique style which is clearly seen in her art and costume making.
You will find Violet approachable, patient and understanding; you do not have to fear that she will belittle your inexperience or critisize your questions. Violet has worked with children, teenagers and adults and has always been a valued member of the team be it at work or in clubs/classes she attended as a child.

me and violet were at university together. she's very patient and good at explaining things in simple ways that make sense. at uni she was good at helping me problem solve, and at helping me do things I couldn't get my head around. she's an excellent sewer and is good at thinking on her feet. at uni she was also good at figuring out why a sewing machine isn't working correctly. if I had any problems with mine she'd normally be able to work out the problem and sort it out for me. she'd be perfect to give sewing machinery lessons.

I worked alongside Violet for around 4 years and have recently had the privilege of working with her again. Violet is exceptional at her craft.
