I prefer sharing ideas and discussing hypothetical scenarios with my learners as I believe it’s a very effective way of teaching and building good critical thinking skills. I also like to keep my lesson balanced with the work and play approach to keep it interesting and manageable for creative minded learners who don’t like the traditional “stale” classroom style. Results of my learners have always varied but for the most part I have helped more learners find deeper passion for subjects they initially thought was too difficult. It’s my personal conclusion that imperfections in teaching and learning makes it all the more interesting and worthwhile.
