About Julian
As a patient and dedicated tutor, I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions. I understand that reaching out for help can sometimes feel discouraging, but I always remind my students that having doubts is a natural part of learning. Recognizing when you need help is already a step ahead. I'm a firm believer in the fact that when the right guidance is present along with persistence, success is always within reach. I served as an anatomy tutor at my university for about a year and a half, helping students grasp concepts through interactive learning techniques. This strengthened my ability to break down challenging material and adapt to an array of learning styles.

A way that I have noticed complex terms being understood in a helpful manner is to prioritize how to breakdown the word itself, which in turn, helps grasp the content piece by piece. Step by step explanations also reinforce this kind of learning
A typical lesson plan would be presenting some broad questions to determine what content gaps the individual has in order to target them. If a student comes with specific questions they'd like to share, I tailor the session accordingly.
What sets me apart is the time I put into considering what makes the topic confusing. Having struggled with the concepts, I think realizing that content can be practiced on and understood with time will definitely yield high results, and I believe the key is to make approachable and engaging lessons.
The lessons can be for high school students as well as college level.
