About Somi
With 7 years of experience as a singing tutor for college students, I specialise in delivering lessons that are both structured and enjoyable. I believe that every student has a unique voice and learning style, and I adapt my teaching methods to suit their individual needs and goals.
My lessons focus on key areas such as breathing techniques, pitch control, tone quality, vocal agility, and expressive singing, along with performance training and confidence building. I combine traditional vocal exercises with modern tools like recording sessions, playback feedback, and interactive practice methods to make learning more effective and measurable.
I also encourage students to explore different musical styles and experiment with their voice to develop creativity and versatility. My teaching style is patient, motivating, and student-centred.

My Singing teaching approach is based on motivation, communication, creativity, and proper time management. I aim to help students build confidence and improve their vocal skills step by step. I create a comfortable and inspiring environment where students feel motivated to learn.
I teach vocal techniques like breathing control, pitch accuracy, tone clarity, and voice modulation in a simple and easy way. I ensure students understand each concept and practise regularly. Communication plays an important role in my classes, helping students feel supported and confident.
I include creative activities like singing exercises, improvisation, and practising different songs to make lessons enjoyable. Each class is planned with time for warm-ups, learning, and feedback. I track progress and provide guidance. Apart from Singing, I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and performance skills.
