About Daniela
In the past four years, I have taken, in order, Honors Algebra 1, Honors Geometry, Honors Algebra 2, and Honors Pre-Calculus/Calculus A, all of which I earned a high A in. Because of how recently I have taken these classes, I can provide you with better, more specific help than others may be able to. I know the current curriculum and have experienced it, so I know firsthand how to earn a good grade in these classes.
In addition, as a student, I can connect better with those I am tutoring, as we are similar ages, making my lessons more like doing homework with a friend rather than being taught something you may not enjoy. I can make the lessons enjoyable as I am passionate about math and hopefully make it something you look forward to as well.

As a current high school student, I am very familiar with the current curriculums/types of lessons given by teachers nowadays and what it takes to earn a high grade in these math courses. As someone who has taken Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus/Calculus A and never earned below 96% in these classes, I can help you learn how to do math rather than just memorize how to do it in a tutoring session. Math courses nowadays require memorizing many formulas, which can be tricky to understand and remember. But, in a tutoring session with me, I can help you learn the formulas and even how to derive them, which will significantly further your understanding of math and improve your grade in the course.
