About Prajwal
I am a government-certified strength and conditioning coach, and my training background comes from working on the ground at Kanteerava Stadium as well as various local gyms. I want to share my knowledge because I see too many people getting overwhelmed by crazy online fitness trends or hurting themselves with bad form. Fitness completely changed my perspective on health, and I want to pass that on. My goal is to make real, sustainable strength training and lifestyle habits simple and accessible for everyone, so you can live a healthier, pain-free life
