My practicing and teaching is fully based on evidence based Therapeutic Yoga that will give you all the results you want. Focus on breathing pattern, teach step by step how to synchronise body movements with breathing pattern. Teach relaxation techniques for anxiety, depression and stress. Do meditation in different patterns.
I offer different styles of yoga like Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Shivananda, yin yang Power yoga and Therapeutic Yoga for all genders all age groups like Diabetes , Thyroidism , PCOD , male and female infertility problems .

Good experience. Unlike other yoga teachers, he focused on our problematic areas. I was suffered from pcos & hyperthyroid. Now i'm free from these. The home visit package is super economic so that my mom also joined us. Her joint problems were gone now( she has peri arthritis shoulder, before we had to go for physiotherapy twice a week). The benifits of Yoga and its associative medicinal techniques are just great. I didn't expect this result when I started. Thank you, As we r now free from tablets, the life seems to be joyful.
