Hi there! I’m Ayomide. I know that technology can sometimes feel like it's moving a mile a minute, leaving the rest of us feeling a bit overwhelmed. Whether it’s a smartphone that seems to have a mind of its own or a computer that just won't do what you ask, I’ve been there and I’m here to help. I’ve always loved figuring out how things work. That curiosity led me to earn a Diploma in Computer Programming from Georgian College and complete my Google IT Support Professional Certificate. I’ve spent the last few years working as a freelance assistant, where I handled everything from organizing massive digital files to responding to 40+ client messages a day with 98% accuracy. But what I enjoy most isn't just fixing computers; it’s helping people. There is nothing better than seeing the look of relief on someone’s face when they finally understand how to video call their grandkids or safely navigate a website. I’m known for being incredibly patient and using real-world language instead of technical jargon. I don't care if we have to go over the same step five times; my only goal is to make sure you feel confident and comfortable. I’m based right here in Vaughan and I’m ready to be your go-to tech person. My goal is to help you understand the why behind the steps so you feel confident using your devices even when I’m not there.
Typical Lesson Plan (60 Minutes)
Every lesson is customized to your specific needs, but a standard session usually follows this structure:
Goal Setting (5 mins): We start by identifying the specific task or "headache" you want to solve today (e.g., "How do I send photos to my family?").
The Guided Walkthrough (35 mins): We move through the task step-by-step. I explain what we are doing and have you perform the actions on your own device.
The Digital Security Check (10 mins): We review a safety tip, such as how to spot a scam text or how to manage a strong password.
Recap & Practical Notes (10 mins): We review what we learned, and I provide you with a simple "cheat sheet" or checklist to keep for future reference.
