I’m Jacob Kleinberg (BARE), a professional music producer, songwriter, mixer, and mastering engineer with over 10 years of experience in the industry.
I produced, co-wrote, mixed, and mastered “North Face” and the full Analogue album by ODIE, as well as all the rest of his published work.

My approach to teaching is rooted in real-world professional experience. I don’t just teach how to use Logic Pro — I teach how to think, decide, and execute like a working producer.
I focus on practical application over theory-heavy lectures. Every concept we cover is demonstrated directly inside Logic Pro X so you can see, hear, and implement it immediately.
My method emphasizes:
• Workflow efficiency and session organization
• Critical listening and decision-making
• Understanding why something works — not just how
• Developing your ear and taste
• Finishing records, not just starting ideas
I tailor every session to the student’s goals, whether that’s improving mix clarity, tightening arrangements, building better vocal chains, or completing release-ready tracks.
A Typical Lesson Plan (Each session is structured but flexible):
Review (10–15 minutes)
We listen to your current work and identify strengths and specific areas to improve.
Deep Dive (30–40 minutes)
We focus on one key area — for example:
• Vocal processing chain
• Drum impact and punch
• Low-end balance
• Arrangement structure
• Electronic sound design
• Professional mixing workflow
Live Application (10–20 minutes)
We implement changes directly in your session so you leave with tangible improvement.
You'll receive clear direction on what to practice and refine before our next session.
