About Elite
I am a student but I am more than just that. I am a workout enthusiast. I had been trying to lose weight and achieve my goals for 2 years, from 110 kg to 73kg. I helped people to motivate themselves to reach their own goals in terms or diets and learning a way to build a healthy relationship with food as well. With me, I am able to teach you all the requirements to reach a healthier connection with food and a better lifestyle.

First off, I need to have full honesty from you guys when talking about your own diets and experiences and such in order for us to have a great start. Afterwards, I will build a diet based on your preferences and a small workout routine to fit in your tight schedules. If free time is allowed, I am more than willing to give more advice and tips and tricks to reach your goals as well as working out with you!
