About Shadman

Currently working as a substitute teacher for different high schools in Arlington Public Schools. Previously I one-to-one tutored different students from middle school to high school in math and physics. I try to empathize with students by understanding their level of catching the lesson and adopting my teaching method accordingly.

About the lesson

I make sure the students understand the basic concept first without just solving problems and getting results. I first teach the basic concept and how actually the topic works. Then by solving different problems with proper understanding students get a proper grasp of the topic.
