About Sidharth
The practice of yoga keeps you physically fit and mentally sound. The mental problems like anxiety, stress, depression, negative emotions like anger, fear can be removed through yoga practice of 3 months. All psychosomatic sufferings can also be treated by regular yoga practice. Diabetes, obesity, arthritis, thyroid, spondylitis, neck pain, back pain, abdominal and other problems can be managed by practicing yoga.

Practicing mindful yoga and meditation can bring a tremendous impact on one's mind and body. But it should be practiced in a scientific manner that is in a particular sequence like posture (asan), anti posture (pratiasan) and helping posture (sahayak asan). We have prepared the sets of these asanas based on the scientific principles given in Patanjali Yogsutra.
