About Sphesihle
Studied public speaking at Creative arts Collage (2012 graduate). Also studied Public Management (2016 graduate) at Durban University of Technology where i majored in Public finance management. And in my bTech (honors degree) i majored in Human Resources Management (2019 graduate). I've worked for the Department Of Education and the Department of Health performing administrative duties.

I try to be relatable.
Studies have shown that the human mind response positively to any familiar action or worlds, so familiarity is key.
Furthermore every lesson must be structured to impact and spark conversation.
I encourage repetition.
Lastly a good teach must get feedback (testing is important)
Administration is the foundation of all organizations. All projects have a start and an end, therefore proper documentation (record keeping) is crucial. And that is what we have been task with as administrators. Not only to organize the work place but to keep documents for data, inturn providing information for good decision making for future risks.
