About Gus
I have always been into fitness since my early years. As a child, I was always into sports. I used to represent my school in athletics, football and martial arts. Fitness is in my blood, and I practise what I preach regarding this. I am a man of not many words but action, so reach out and let's make it happen.

I practise what I preach regarding the way I train and with results. People love to get results both physically and mentally in the fastest possible time. I believe in achieving results with hard work and determination regardless of age or gender. With my 20 years' experience in the fitness industry I can help people tap into the dream body they always wanted. Another important view I have regarding training is also focusing on mental health. I am a big advocate when it comes to helping people achieve self-belief and growing in confidence, as they say a HEALTHY MIND ACHIEVES A HEALTHY BODY. So reach out and let's unlock the hidden potential both physically and mentally within.

I’ve been training with Augustus for the past 2 year’s and I can confidently say he is an outstanding personal trainer. With three sessions a week, he kept me motivated, challenged, and always made each workout feel fresh and exciting. His knowledge and expertise were clear from day one, and he always tailored each session to fit my specific goals. Whether it was improving strength, conditioning, or technique, he made sure I was constantly progressing. I felt supported and encouraged throughout the entire journey, and I’ve seen incredible results. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, professional, and effective trainer!
