About Palash
I'm 24 years old , male, with a lot of experience in At-Home exercises and Gymming . I can provide perfect routine and exercises for beginners ,intermediates and athletes . Personally I'm a calisthenics athelete , and I can assist with muscle, bone, ligament, tendon and joint health and strengthening.

You'll be getting trained by a hard-gainer (ME) , I have tried almost every type of training so I know how to effectively hit the muscles and the type of nutrition you need for BEST and INJURY FREE RESULTS.
One thing is sure , you'll not get bored at any point and instead of making you completely fatigued , my workouts will make you FEEL ENERGETIC THROUGHOUT THE DAY without sacrificing the training intensity.
