About Vani
I am a yoga instructor by profession. My journey started back in 2011 when i attended my first professional ‘dance class’. They taught not just to dance but to move our bodies mindfully, with the use of concentration and breath. I was extremely curious about body ever since and landed on Yoga by chance, in 2015. After practicing for a month, i realised body is just the beginning and mind and breath are the way forward. So I learned to combine the three from various schools of Yoga, earned my Masters degree, whole lot of international Certifications and spread the authentic knowledge of yoga to whoever possible. Hence i started my Yoga school where we trained students to become yoga teachers as well as taught general audience to understand and take care of their bodies.
