About Anjali
Hi, I’m Anjali, a certified yoga instructor with a Bachelor's degree in Yoga Science and currently completing my Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC). Yoga is not just something I teach — it's how I live, heal, and grow. My journey began with a deep interest in natural healing, especially through yoga, pranayama, and lifestyle changes. I’ve personally experienced how yoga can transform your body, mind, and energy — and I bring that same healing energy into every class. What I offer as a teacher: A safe, non-judgmental space to learn yoga — even if you’re a complete beginner Patience, clear guidance, and support at every step Personal experience in flexibility training, weight loss yoga, emotional balance, and healing practices (including for conditions like stress-related skin issues or hormonal imbalances) Classes in both Hindi and English, so you feel at ease I teach not just postures, but also the meaning, breath, and mindset behind them — helping you become more aware, calm, and confident every day.
