Really great interaction and teaching skills. I was given individual focus which polished my communication and learning skills. Being a beginner A1 level was too fun with era ma'am, stepping towards A2 became easy for me. Her online classes never felt like they are virtual because the interaction, the daily 10minutes questionnare resolved all my doubts, she even gave us worksheets and all resources.
