About Lilian
My name is Lilian, I'm 25 years old and am currently doing my Masters in German Studies at the University of Cologne. I lived in Brazil for one year where I taught German as a foreign language, completed a three-month internship at the Goethe Institute in Melbourne and supervised the language students.

I work as far as possible according to the standards of the Goethe Institute, I am familiar with their workbooks. I try to make the lessons free and to respond to the individual needs of my students to achieve first learning success as quickly as possible. I use workbooks (like Hueber's MENSCHEN series) as a basis, but also include contemporary aids (German music, movies, series, etc.). I try to speak German throughout the lesson, but I am able to explain steps to beginners in English or Portuguese.
