About Alice
I am currently Head of Operations at a luxury retail company in London. Due to the size of the company I am involved in every aspect of the business. I lead and manage all the events we attend, train various interns we recruit throughout the year and organise the teams activities. As a result I am responsible for the daily maintenance of the company, ensuring that tasks are done and systems run smoothly. This year I carried out the CMI level 5 Management and Leadership qualification to support me in this role.
Before that I was at Newcastle University where I studied Human Geography and achieved a 2:1 degree.
Between school and university I worked in schools in Uganda where I volunteered as a teacher.
At school I was Head Girl. I played hockey, lacrosse and completed the Island Peaks Race.
I am driven and enjoy supporting individuals to try new things and achieve to their best ability.
