About Moni
I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Yoga Teacher, Tai Chi Practitioner and Marathon Walker with a good academic and practical knowledge on human anatomy, movement, age-related pain relief and prevention. I have taught over 100 people in both 1-2-1 and group settings and pride myself with 100% excellent references.

Yoga sessions are personalised according to your current physical conditions and fitness goals, after a gentle initial assessment. Sessions are non-performative and recommended for people of all ages and abilities. Each session is 45 minutes, and they encompass grounding, stationary asanas, flows and breathwork. I offer sessions at your or my home, in a studio, in a park or online.
