About Stephen
Newcomers to the mat often find comfort in my approach. Early morning sunlight hits my floor as I guide students through sleep and wind-down routines. I hold a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA and draw on 6.0 years of practice to help you move.
We explore chair yoga, restorative yoga, and flexibility and mobility for all body types. I also guide prenatal yoga, sun salutations, and breath control using pranayama techniques.
