About Victoria
With 8 years of teaching and work experience, I have grown into a drum tutor who values consistency, creativity, and positive learning. Teaching school to college students has shown me how music can help learners express themselves, manage stress, and build strong discipline. One of the most memorable achievements in my career was guiding a group of students who later formed a band for their college fest. Supporting them from simple beats to complete songs was a wonderful experience. I have also seen many beginners grow into confident players through patient teaching and steady practice. In my lessons, I teach rhythm basics, stick control, tempo management, and musical expression through simple steps.
I use clear demonstrations, real examples from music, and fun exercises to help students stay engaged. I also encourage creative thinking by letting them try different styles and improvisations. For me, teaching drum is not just about transferring knowledge—it is about inspiring confidence, discipline, and joy. I want every student to feel proud of their progress and excited about learning. My goal is to make each lesson meaningful, motivating, and full of rhythm.

My teaching methodology for Drums is built around Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I aim to help students understand rhythm deeply while keeping lessons simple, enjoyable, and structured. Motivation is important in my classes. I help students stay inspired with achievable targets, fun exercises, and song-based activities. This keeps learning exciting and encourages consistent progress. Communication shapes how I teach. I break down each technique step-by-step, demonstrate slowly, and use simple English so students can follow easily. I encourage open conversation and guide students patiently.
Integrity guides my lessons. I provide honest feedback in a supportive and respectful manner. I maintain a clear teaching plan that focuses on real improvement and proper technique. Creativity brings excitement to drumming. I teach students how to improvise, create drum fills, experiment with grooves, and explore different musical styles. I also include rhythm reading, timing practice, and coordination drills to strengthen their skills. Besides Drums, I also teach rhythm basics, percussion fundamentals, tempo control, and music understanding to support full musical growth.
