I am a junior in college majoring in genetics. I have taken 3 years of college-level biology and chemistry courses on top of required high school sciences. Through my sorority, I lead study groups with girls taking similar classes. The groups were usually 4-5 people.

When helping others I like to teach by first going over the concept. I then like to do a lot of practice with textbook questions or practice exams. I also think it is important to focus on the content that is confusing to the student, so I ask first what they need help with.
