About Edward
With seven years of teaching experience, and an avid curiosity in language, literature and linguistics, I am an impeccably organised and unwaveringly patient teacher. I am available for one-to-one and group classes, both online and face-to-face. Past and current teaching positions include working with clients in the media, marketing, insurance and energy sectors, NGOs, and intensive university courses. I have prepared learners for the TOEIC, IELTS and Cambridge exams, and have additional experience in ELT as a teacher-trainer, materials writer, proofreader, recruiter and voice artist. Focused on self-improvement, I am currently studying the DipTESOL and am a keen follower of developments in the ELT industry.

My classes combine vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and a focus on improving the four core skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. I use authentic materials and offer regular correction. My priority is for learners to speak and practice the target language as much as possible. My classes are fun and dynamic, and language and teaching are my passions.
