About Meera Triana
Hello, I'm Meera and I've just recently sat my GCSE exams (2023). I have aspirations of becoming a teacher in the future so I thought this might be a good start. My predicted grades are all 7 and above and I achieved a 9 in History. I've always been keen to learn and I hope I can help others learn too.

I myself have studied these subjects and revised them. I will be therefore implementing these revision methods into my lessons (e.g. retrieval practice, mind maps, flashcards, self-testing). My lessons would be 30-45 minutes long in the afternoon after I have finished my sixth-form work for the day. Though I have not professionally tutored before, I have had plenty of experience aiding classmates with their schoolwork across my five years at secondary school. These sessions are aimed at GCSE students only and specifically for those who are studying AQA GCSE History: - Elizabethan England (1568-1603) - Britain: Migration, empires and the people: c790 to the present day - Conflict and tension: The inter-war years, 1918–1939 - Germany, 1890–1945: Democracy and dictatorship and AQA GCSE Religious Studies: - Christianity (Beliefs and Practices) - Sikhism (Beliefs and Practices) I will try my best to tailor my lessons so they can aptly aid the tutee in their learning and try to assess how the tutee learns most effectively.
