My lessons blend structured teaching with tailored coaching to build confidence, mastery, and exam readiness. I teach in 60-minute sessions, using modelling, guided practice, and clear feedback. With 8+ years’ experience and a record of top-school admissions, I support students aged 7–16, from National Curriculum support to 7+, 11+ and GCSE English.
How it Works:
I provide 11+ Entrance Exam & GCSE English Exam Preparation as a specialised and targeted service.
These sessions include:
• Teaching tailored to the exam format — development of exam skills, technique and confidence
• For Entrance Exams: Strengthening all subjects tested at 11+ level: Maths, English, Non-Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and interview preparation
• Setting personalised weekly homework and marking it in detail and sending full written feedback to the parent after marking
• Monitoring progress closely and setting targeted goals

My rate reflects the extra time outside the session that I dedicate to each student. Although it is listed as an 'hourly rate' it also includes up to an hour of additional work each week — marking homework, preparing tailored materials, sending feedback, monitoring progress, and offering support in between sessions.
