About Haroon
I want to teach because it is something I am extremely passionate about. I have been teaching for five years, and my passion has not waned. My favourite thing about this job is the moment when a student comes to terms with a subject or topic they have struggled with previously, and start to make visible progress. My subject knowledge is strong in the topics that I teach as I regularly revisit my own notes and add to them, ensuring that I miss nothing. Furthermore, I believe feedback is vital in helping students to improve, and therefore, I would regularly check your work and provide you with useful feedback in order to help you thrive.

I have been teaching since 2020, and have gained a wealth of experience in that time. I have developed a range of resources which I use with my students to enhance their comprehension and analytical skills. I would describe my teaching style as flexible. I believe that it is important to create a comfortable learning environment for students, in which they can ask questions to fix any misunderstandings, however, it is also vital that students are challenged in order to improve and to think analytically.
