I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga, giving me a deep academic and practical understanding of traditional yoga techniques. With over 7 years of dedicated yoga practice and 2 years of professional teaching experience, I have worked with students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My expertise covers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, and therapeutic yoga for specific health needs.
