About Zoe Alexis
Hi! I’m Zoe Alexis, a Bachelor of Special Needs Education (BSNED) student with a passion for helping learners build confidence in English. I believe that learning becomes more effective when students feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
I am patient, responsible, and committed to providing lessons that are clear, engaging, and appropriate for each learner’s level. My background in Special Needs Education has helped me develop a flexible teaching approach, allowing me to adjust my strategies based on a student’s individual needs and learning pace.
Whether you need help with grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, comprehension, or communication skills, I am here to guide you step by step. My goal is not only to help students improve their English but also to make them feel more confident in using it.

Hi! I’m Zoe Alexis, a Bachelor of Special Needs Education (BSNED) student who believes that every learner has a unique way of understanding and learning. As a tutor, I use a patient, supportive, and learner-centered approach to make English lessons easier, more engaging, and less intimidating.
My teaching methods include interactive discussions, guided practice, visual aids, examples, question-and-answer activities, and simple exercises. I adjust my explanations, activities, and pacing depending on the learner’s level, learning style, and specific needs. I also encourage learners to participate actively rather than simply memorize information.
A typical lesson begins with a short review or warm-up activity, followed by an introduction to the new topic. I then explain the lesson using simple examples and visual or interactive materials. Afterward, the learner practices the skill through guided activities, followed by independent exercises. We end with a short review and feedback to check what the learner has understood and what still needs improvement.
What sets me apart is my background in Special Needs Education. I understand that learners do not all learn at the same pace or in the same way. I am patient and willing to modify my teaching strategies when necessary, especially for learners who need additional guidance, repetition, encouragement, or visual support.
My lessons are suitable for elementary and junior high school learners who want to improve their English skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, comprehension, and basic communication. I can also provide additional support for learners who experience difficulties with attention, comprehension, or keeping up with regular classroom lessons.
