About Sinéad
I have a first degree in Mathematics, a PGCE in Mathematics and Numeracy, an MA Education, with a specialism of teaching pre-university Mathematics and Statistics, and am currently studying for a PhD which focuses on the use of dynamic graphing software in A level Mathematics. I have delivered professional development for teachers on A level Mathematics and Further Mathematics for 11 years, and currently work as a tutor on a PGCE Secondary Mathematics.

I have over 20 years' experience of teaching A level Maths and Further Maths, and 9 years' experience of tuition for Maths and Further Maths, and also preparing students for MAT and TMUA, both face-to-face and online. My lessons typically last for an hour - any longer, and it becomes difficult to concentrate. I focus on identifying areas of difficulty and misconceptions, and working to rectify these, using a variety of approaches.
