I really enjoy social interaction besides my interest in creative arts. I naturally love teaching. It's not just a regular job or class for me as I enjoy helping others and being able to inspire and uplift my community by sharing my skills.

My lessons are for students that are keen to experience fusion style cooking. Combining methods and flavours from different countries and bringing them all together. Whether it’s meat dishes, vegetarian or vegan. My experience is in Italian Caribbean and Thai food these are really big inspiration when cooking with me and you have a choice of styles to choose from if you decide you don’t want to combine everything together. I enjoy teaching children cookery and I just teach simple meals that can be prepared with or without using a stove or oven it’s completely up to the student which style is most suitable.
