About Parmeet
I am Parmeet, a senior Java backend engineer based in Montreal with 10+ years of production experience across retail, banking, and enterprise consulting, including Walmart, Sopra Banking Software, and Infosys. I hold a Master's in Information Systems Security from Concordia University. I have sat on both sides of the table: writing the code that runs in production, and preparing for and passing the same interview loops my students are walking into.
I have gone through and tracked interview processes at more than 25 Canadian and global firms, among them Amazon, Visa, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and CN. That record is the backbone of what I teach. My students do not practice generic puzzles. They practice the questions that are actually being asked in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver right now.

**Java & SDE Interview Coaching for the Canadian Market**
I am Parmeet, a senior Java backend engineer in Montreal with 10+ years of production experience across Walmart, Sopra Banking Software, and Infosys, plus a Master's in Information Systems Security from Concordia University.
**How I teach.**
The first session is a diagnostic: you solve a problem live while I watch how you think, and I return a written gap map across DSA, core Java, system design, and interview communication. From there we work weakest area first. I teach roughly 15 recurring DSA patterns rather than handing out 500 problems, so unseen questions become variations instead of surprises. Design is taught through trade-offs, not memorized diagrams. Mocks are recorded and replayed so you can see the exact moment the signal was lost.
**A typical 90 minutes.** Review of your submitted code, one new concept (a DSA pattern, concurrency, JVM internals, Spring Boot), live coding under interview conditions, then a scored debrief and a short assignment.
**What you get beyond sessions.** A maintained guide with a pattern-organized DSA bank, Java questions graded by experience band (1 to 3, 4 to 7, 8 to 12 years), LLD and HLD prompts with follow-ups, and question sets from 25+ real hiring processes including Amazon, Visa, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and CN. Also Canadian resume and LinkedIn review, and honest guidance on French requirements in Quebec.
**Who it is for.** Developers with 1 to 12 years of experience, newcomers repositioning international experience, and students preparing for co-op or new grad loops.
I still write production Java daily, and I will give you a realistic timeline rather than a shortcut.
