My yoga journey had began when I had suffered alot in every way like mental health , body pain ,anxiety, bp fluctuations etc . I decided the only way to treat me is yoga so started to do yoga everyday and it became my profession then I realised yoga teaches you the discipline of life , that changes you alot from the internally too.

I teach yoga by keeping in my mind that students are beginners they don't know what is right and what is wrong so I always try to teach easiest method of yoga by giving knowledge about that . I instruct the easy sequence to the students.
